Ben Frumin. I’m a journalist. I work at Talking Points Memo, where I’m an associate editor. For the last two years, I’ve also been on the adjunct faculty at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

Besides TPM, my writing has been published in several newspapers, magazines and websites, including the San Francisco Chronicle, CNNMoney.com, Reuters.com, Columbia Journalism Review, the Far Eastern Economic Review, the New York Post and The Forward.

In 2007-2008, I lived in New Delhi for a year and worked as a magazine editor and freelance foreign correspondent. I studied psychology and political science as an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, and journalism as a grad student at Columbia.

These days I live in Harlem with my girlfriend, the journalist Aliyah Shahid.
